DeleWhite is a legal and regulatory gaming consultancy that was founded in 2017 based on a partnership between one of the leading gaming law firms in Cape Town, Whitesmans Attorneys, and former In-house Gaming lawyer of one of the fastest growing multi-licensed bookmakers based in Malta.
Garron Whitesman
Garron Whitesman has developed and maintained a global practice in gaming, gambling and commercial law. His practice runs the full spectrum of regulatory, commercial, corporate and new media-related work within the field with a particular expertise in online gaming and gambling.
Garron has litigated industry-related matters in the High Courts of South Africa and England, state and federal courts in the United States of America, state and federal courts in Germany and the European Court of Justice. Garron has also been involved in license applications and/or compliance in South Africa, Gibraltar, Malta, Alderney, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Australia, Germany and other international jurisdictions.
Milica Delevic
Milica Delevic, as a former In-house Gaming lawyer of SKS365 Group, one of the fastest growing multi-licensed bookmakers based in Malta, specializes in gaming and gambling regulation and licensing with deep understanding of commercial aspects of the industry, as well as extensive experience in company structuring, M&A, business and corporate development in Austria, Spain, Belgium, Germany, Malta, Serbia and Montenegro.
In her previous working experience, she used to hold the AML and Compliance Officer position, being in charge of drafting all the relevant policies and guidelines, and preparing the company for the license applications.
